Over the past six years, we have been on an intentional journey toward Personalized Competency-Based Education — rethinking traditional approaches to teaching and learning, challenging ourselves to grow, and exploring what is possible when we put learners at the center of everything we do.
This journey has required courage, collaboration, patience, and a willingness to think differently.
We are incredibly grateful for our learners, families, educators, school team members, school board members, and community who have walked alongside us. Thank you for asking questions, seeking to understand, offering perspectives, trusting the process, and helping us continue to learn and improve.
We are proud of how far we have come, excited about where we are headed, and mindful that there is still much to learn.
